STEP 02
Dial in the channels
Review each plate on screen: reorder inks, merge channels, set halftone LPI and angles, adjust dot gain, and choke the underbase for dark garments.
STEP 03
Download film-ready files
Export one PDF per channel — or a layered PDF — with registration marks and plate labels. Send it straight to your RIP, inkjet film printer, or CTS unit.

What's the difference between spot color and simulated process separations?
Spot color separations split artwork into a small number of solid ink colors — ideal for logos and text. Simulated process rebuilds photorealistic art from halftones of 4–8 standard inks plus an underbase, so full-color-looking designs print on dark garments with plastisol or water-based ink.
Do I need Photoshop or a plugin?
No. PrintSeps runs entirely in the browser. Nothing to install, no actions to run, no plugin that dies with the next OS update.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPEG, and PDF at launch, with AI and PSD support planned. High-resolution raster art — 200 dpi or more at print size — gives the best simulated process results.
What do I actually download?
